After uninstalling the Snipping Tool app Windows 10 asked to restart, after restart, the app was deleted (as you showed in the video) but pressing shift+win+s snipping tool is there again. We come to the conclusion that the application was not even deleted. How is that possible?

That is like a crack/modified version of the app. It is not safe to install such types of software on your system. They can modify your pc, or install malware.

The problem I am facing is that wsl is not in the list of installed apps. Yet it is still in my file explorer
